Anita attended the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas and has worked in multiple on-site positions for Pace prior to being promoted to the corporate office in 1997.

She served on the Board of Directors of the Denton Apartment Association for two years and attained the professional designations of Certified Apartment Manager, Certified Apartment Supervisor, and National Compliance Professional.

Anita oversees all Compliance and Training for the company’s affordable housing portfolio and has been a valued Pace associate since 1986.
